Funding Options

Wharton Innovation Fund: Seed-stage grants offered through Wharton Entrepreneurship to early-stage Penn-affiliated companies.

M&T Innovation Fund: Seed-stage grants and guidance to to early-stage Penn-affiliated companies; managed by students in the M&T program.

Weiss Innovation FundFund for Penn students pursuing startups offered by Penn students. 

Chestnut Street Ventures: VC fund by Penn alum investing in companies led by Penn alum.

Red + Blue VenturesSeed and early-stage VC fund investing in Penn companies.

Startup Showcase: Pitch your startup to a live audience and panel of judges for over $135,000 of funding. 

Startup ChallengePenn student entrepreneurs compete for a spot in the Startup Showcase. 

PennApps: Hackathon at Penn to learn new things, build apps, or start companies.

Penn Design Challenge: 6 week competition that provides students with structured environment to design new solutions to real-world challenges.
